Chuck Doustou

Director of Facilities

Chuck Doustou has worked for Saint Joseph’s for 13 years and knows the facility inside and out better than anyone else.  He is responsible for overseeing all Maintenance, Housekeeping and Laundry operations, and manages a staff of nearly 20 people.

Chuck connects well with both staff and residents and truly believes in doing what is best for those that Saint Joseph’s serves.  “When I arrive to work each day, not only do I get to work with a phenomenal team, but I also know that I am taking care of the home of the residents, who are my extended family.  To me there is nothing more rewarding than that.”

In Chuck’s words, he has learned “what it takes to care for the elderly on a day-to-day basis.  I see how caring and compassionate the staff is every day and it is amazing.”  From the Maintenance department to the Nursing department and beyond, each team member brings a set of skills and compassionate behaviors with them to Saint Joseph’s.
